Database and Administrative Coordinator, Office of Technology Transfer
Margie is the Database and Administrative Coordinator. She holds a BA from DeSales University in Business Management, as well as an AA in Information Technology from Northampton Community College. She has worked at Lehigh University for more than 30 years gaining professional management experience and an extensive background in information technology, admissions, development, earth sciences and graduate education studies. She brings with her a variety of technical experience including database management and manipulation, website design and development, and progressive experience and responsibility in reporting within the areas of Lehigh University’s BANNER's Alumni/Development, or Advancement, and Admissions Modules. She formerly served as secretary for Lehigh University's ERAC (Employee Relations Advisory Committee). She has twice been awarded the Tradition of Excellence award for distinguished service. She was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA, is fluent in conversational and written Spanish, and her family is from Puerto Rico.
Coordinator, Dean of Students Office
Amy is the administrative coordinator to the Dean of Students and has been employed at Lehigh since 1986. She started her career in the Office of Residential Services then transferred to the Dean of Students Office. Amy handles a variety of administrative duties and has experience with the various software programs to manage the day-to-day activities for a large department; such as, Banner, Drupal, Course Site (document management), Google Apps, and the R25 reservation system. Over the years, she has taken various workshops such as, building positive relationships, working across generations, and workplace ethics at the NCC Leadership Development Institute. Amy is the recipient of the Hillman Nonexempt Staff Award, Perry and Carol Zirkel Award and the Tradition of Excellence Award. Amy is an avid reader of mysteries and legal thrillers. She enjoys quilting and going for bike rides on the many rail trails in the Lehigh Valley.

Coordinator, Electrical & Computer Engineering
Diane started her career at Lehigh University in 2002. She is currently working with the graduate population in the ECE department. She previously held positions in the Admissions Office, working with incoming Freshmen and in the Registrar’s Office, working with all undergraduates.
Working in ECE, Diane is responsible for admitting students to the department and guiding them through their academic years here at Lehigh. This includes navigating paperwork and forms, coordinating TA positions within the department, acting as liaison with the Associate Dean’s office, and helping with financial matters with the help of the department administrative professional. Most of the graduate students are international, which also means close coordination with the International Office and ESL for testing and courses.
Although this is her first experience with a Lehigh “committee”, she has participated in many programs that Lehigh has to offer including Learning the Institution, REACH, Monday Miles walking program and the “too hot to trot” division of the Turkey Trot. She is a two-time recipient of the Tradition of Excellence award, nominated by her peers in the Admissions Office and the Registrar’s Office.

Janice M. Stoudt has been employed at Lehigh for 30 years and currently serves as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Finance and Administration. Janice also provides assistance to various committees of the Board of Trustees, including the Finance Committee and the Campus Planning and Operations Committee. Janice has previously served as a member of the Employee Relations Advisory Committee (ERAC) and the Wellness and REACH Committees of ERAC.
