MARGIE (TORRES) BARRY
Database and Administrative Coordinator, Office of Technology Transfer

Photo of Margie BarryMargie holds a BA from DeSales University in Business Management, as well as an AA in Information Technology from Northampton Community College.  She has worked at Lehigh University for more than 30 years gaining professional management experience and an extensive background in information technology, admissions, development, earth sciences and graduate education studies.  She brings with her a variety of technical experience including database management and manipulation, website design and development, and progressive experience and responsibility in reporting within the areas of Lehigh University’s BANNER's Alumni/Development, or Advancement, and Admissions Modules.  She formerly served as secretary for Lehigh University's ERAC (Employee Relations Advisory Committee) along with serving on several committees.  She has twice been awarded the Tradition of Excellence award for distinguished service and is a 2018 recipient of the Hillman Staff Award.

JANICE M. STOUDT
Executive Secretary, Finance & Administration Office

Photo of Janice StoudtJanice M. Stoudt has been employed at Lehigh for 30 years and currently serves as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Finance and Administration. Janice also provides assistance to various committees of the Board of Trustees, including the Finance Committee and the Campus Planning and Operations Committee. Janice has previously served as a member of the Employee Relations Advisory Committee (ERAC) and the Wellness and REACH Committees of ERAC.

DIANE HUBINSKY
Coordinator, Electrical & Computer Engineering

Diane started her career at Lehigh University in 2002. She is currently working with the graduate population in the ECE department. She previously held positions in the Admissions Office, working with incoming Freshmen and in the Registrar’s Office, working with all undergraduates.

Working in ECE, Diane is responsible for admitting students to the department and guiding them through their academic years here at Lehigh. This includes navigating paperwork and forms, coordinating TA positions within the department, acting as liaison with the Associate Dean’s office, and helping with financial matters with the help of the department administrative professional. Most of the graduate students are international,
which also means close coordination with the International Office and ESL for testing and courses.

Although this is her first experience with a Lehigh “committee”, she has participated in many programs that Lehigh has to offer including Learning the Institution, REACH, Monday Miles walking program and the “too hot to trot” division of the Turkey Trot.  She is a two-time recipient of the Tradition of Excellence award, nominated by her peers in the Admissions Office and the Registrar’s Office.

KATHLEEN ORROK
Business Manager, Center for Career & Professional Development  

Kathleen has been with Lehigh since 2007 and is the Business Manager in The Center for Career & Professional Development.  She is responsible for data and analytics, providing data to IR for external survey reports such as Princeton Review and Poets & Quants, data & analytics for internal reports, creating surveys, and project management of the First Destination Report.  She is responsible for the department budget, overseeing department contracts and leases, hiring & supervising 13 work study students and overseeing the front office. 

Kathleen graduated with her BS in Clinical & Counseling Psychology from DeSales University and from the National Education Center, Allentown Business School Campus with an associate in specialized business degree in medical secretarial/medical assisting. 

Although her first experience was in the medical field, she enjoyed the challenges of being an office manager as well as working in higher education. With all of the opportunities Lehigh provides, there is something for everyone to be able to give back.  Over the years she has served on the MLK committee, was a MOOV volunteer, a Southside Sale & Move-out volunteer and is on the Lehigh holiday planning committee. She is proud to serve on the SOAR committee and to help others achieve their goals and find their passion within Lehigh.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, knitting, painting, drawing, yoga, scrabble, riding motorcycle, cooking, baking, gardening, and walking her Brittany doggie named Bella.  She is an avid animal lover and enjoys nature.  She is a parent of Lehigh Alumni ‘16, ‘18G and ‘19.
